Mehler Vario System Group to Showcase Latest Innovations at SOFINS

The Mehler Vario System Group will later this month be among the exhibitors at the Special Operations Forces Innovation Network Seminar (SOFINS) trade show.

Join us at SOFINS, to be held 28-30 March at the Camp de Souge military base near Bordeaux, France.

Mehler Vario System GmbH, UF PRO, Lindnerhof-Taktik, and Mehler Engineered Defence—pretty much the entire group—will be showcasing all their latest products, solutions, and innovations.

We’ll all be at stand D1E2.

Each of us will have our experts present to offer you detailed information about the innovations you’ll be seeing as well as to answer your questions and help you test-drive whatever sets your pulse racing.

Of particular note: this will mark the first time that Lindnerhof-Taktik and UF PRO have exhibited at SOFINS (which, if you’re keeping count, is now in its sixth edition).

The team at Lindnerhof-Taktik says they’re looking forward to exhibiting at SOFINS, especially since Lindnerhof’s expertise is in tactical equipment/accessories and SOFINS is such a well-recognised, focal-point gathering for high-tech industries that provide products and services to special forces.

Jakob Kolbeck, the CEO of Lindnerhof, says he’s convinced that the workshop-style format of SOFINS is tailor-made for an outfit like his—particularly in light of the fact that Lindnerhof was started by former German KSK Special Forces operators who to this day guide it while remaining strongly influenced by their tours of duty with that elite military branch.

Kolbeck—who says that, by taking part in SOFINS, Lindnerhof gains the opportunity to be both a high-tech exhibitor and “one of the few”—revealed plans to trot out at the event an array of customised pouches that have been specially developed for numerous European special-forces units and public-safety authorities. On display will also be the M.U.S.T. System, a versatile, modular protection and carrying system developed collaboratively by Lindnerhof and Mehler Vario System GmbH. Visit our booth and you’ll be able to try on M.U.S.T. and experience its many possible configuration options while also learning about the wide range of missions for which the system potentially has applicability.

And, while you’re there, please be sure to have a look at the new personal-protection and ballistic-protection products from Mehler Vario System GmbH—slated to be introduced are lightweight helmets, plate carriers, and ballistic vests.

But don’t overlook any of the wares that Mehler Engineered Defence will be spotlighting. The specialist in high-performance ballistic solutions for land, sea, and air applications intends to highlight its range of personal ballistic protection shields.

Meanwhile, maker of tactical clothing for professional end-users UF PRO promises to impress SOFINS-goers with its display of Striker XT Gen.3 Combat Shirt and Pants, Delta AcE Plus Gen.3 Tactical Jackets, Delta OL 4.0 Winter Suits, and other advanced-tech products.

Here’s Armin Wagner, UF PRO Head of Product Development: "We are excited to present at SOFINS our cutting-edge solutions for the special-operations community. SOFINS is a unique platform for us to participate in because it gives us the chance to engage with special-operations professionals and gain from those encounters many valuable insights into the evolving needs and challenges of operators. We look forward to exchanging ideas and feedback with our customers and partners, and to demonstrating how our solutions can help enhance their mission success and safety.
