Account Manager France



For our location in Fulda, we are immediately looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager France (m/f/d). As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the sale of products for police, military and special forces that require explanation and the implementation of customer projects and public tenders.




At trade fairs, customer visits and events, you will present us and our products in a competent and customer-oriented manner. Your passion is the establishment and expansion of sustainable, successful, and growth-oriented business relationships.


Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Active personal and virtual consulting and support of our customers, vendors, and agents
  • Communication with customers, vendors & agents to represent customer interests internally and to represent MVS interests to customers.
  • Processing of customer enquiries and public tenders incl. costing as well as quotation processing and quotation follow-up
  • Maintenance of sales statistics and documentation
  • Independent management of sales projects in close coordination with our specialist departments
  • Participation in the development of new products together with the development departments
  • Active participation in the development of forecast and long-term planning
  • Regular reporting (e.g., CRM, sales meeting, etc.) to the department management
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of data sheets, manuals, and other publications
  • Identifying needs and coordinating training for agents and vendors

Job qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or studies., with a degree from accredited college/university required.

  • Very good technical understanding

  • Professional experience in B2B or B2G

  • Experience in export and with international customers

  • French as native language or at least C2 level

  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of German desirable (B2 level)

  • Highly skilled in MS Office / 365; experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce desirable

  • Strong communication, organisation skills as well as process orientation

  • Ability to work as a team player, a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Travelling up to 10% of the time.
